One thing I saw, when I was searching for information on Las Vegas Lake Front Houses was the lack of future real estate details. Lake Mead has lost a lot of water for decades.

Las Vegas Lake Front Houses nevertheless is a subject that I understand something about. I was in the US Air Force stationed at Nellis AFB and lived here since 1990. New housing is currently being built near Boulder City and North/ South of the I-15 in Las Vegas.
In his Re-Election campaign Nevada Governor Steve Sisolak has said if elected for a 2nd term, Nevada will add $500 Million Dollars into Housing Development. I believe Las Vegas Lake Front Houses.
Where are the New Houses going to be built ? I believe it will become the NEW Las Vegas Lake Front Houses close to Lake Mead near the shore.

YouTube Channels : Sin City Outdoors and Vegas D Tech both did an outstanding job explaining about the dropping water levels.
Sin City Outdoors dad said when the 2nd intake valve is exposed, California will no longer receive water from Hoover Dam. If true, I believe this will SAVE Lake Mead. Time will tell.

the water level is 98% full, crystal clear water, great fishing, no boat restrictions,
party boats, yachts, public beach, public bbq. It is hard to believe this lake exists,
